Payment Gear designs and creates mobile hardware solutions for our partners and assists in the ordering and fulfillment of these products to various reseller groups, merchants, and distributors.
The Fulfillment Specialist is tasked with managing the day-to-day movement of product between various participating entities and their customers. This includes interfacing with customers, overseeing online ordering systems, shipping products, managing vendor relationship, and communicating with internal account management staff. The Fulfillment Specialist is a part time position and reports directly to the Head of Accounts.
- Thorough knowledge of ecommerce systems with integrated shipping and payment systems.
- Ability to manage multiple private labeled client relationships and maintain consistent messaging and communication with each.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a high stress environment
- Unrivaled attention to detail and relentless follow up skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and basic CMS functionality
